Unknown Assailants Have it Their Way at Burger King - Knife Used During a Fist Fight


Niagara Falls Police responded to the Mount St. Mary’s Hospital around 6:30pm on July 5th after reports that unknown assailants 'have it their way' at Burger King - Knife Used During Fist Fight.



Upon arrival, officers were advised that the victim left because he did not want to wait for law enforcement’s arrival. Police then relocated to the victim’s home and he gave a statement. He stated that at approx. 3:00am he and his younger brother were at Atmosphere for a 4th of July party, or which police were called to disperse.



Upon leaving Atmosphere, and while in front of Burger King on Main Street, his younger brother got into a fight with a group of unknown people. The victim and another male intervened in the fight at which time his hand was cut open from a knife.



The victim went to the hospital for medical treatment where they stitched up his hand. There are no known suspects at this time. No further information is available.
