The 911 caller and victim told police that a black female wearing all black with curly hair attacked her and her friend. The unknown suspect punched them causing injury and then stole her friend’s wig. She then fled west toward Tops on Portage Road.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the female suspect was located and arrested. No further information is available at this time.
