Woman Charged with Making Terroristic Threat Against Niagara County Social Services, Case Workers

On July 19, 2024, The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office was made aware of a terroristic threat to case workers at the Niagara County Social Services Building on East Avenue in the City of Lockport.

The investigation revealed that Linda Skutt, 34 years of age, of Middleport, New York had made threats of harm to personnel in the Niagara County Social Services Building. Skutt also made direct threats to a specific Niagara County Social Services employee and the family of that employee.

Skutt was arrested and charged with Making a Terroristic Threat and Aggravated Harassment 2nd. Skutt is being held in the Niagara County Correctional Facility for a future arraignment in the City of Lockport Court.
