Woman Says She Bit Fiancé to Stop Choking Attack in Niagara Falls

POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 10:57pm on June 29th after reports of a violent domestic incident on Monteagle Street in Niagara Falls.

The 911 caller told police that her fiancé was attacking her and her mother. Dispatch could hear the altercation occurring while on the phone call with the caller, which included hearing her being choked by the fiancé. The caller told police afterward that she was only able to stop her fiancé from choking her further by biting him. The extent of injuries sustained by the caller and her mother are unknown.

Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the fiancé was arrested. No further information is available at this time.
