Woman Screams that She's Locked in a Room with Bars on the Windows

Law enforcement received a call around 11:30am on November 27th after reports of a possible hostage situation and/or family offense situation on Rother Avenue in the City of Buffalo.

The 911 caller - a neighbor - stated that she could hear a woman screaming that she was locked in a room with bars on the window. She further stated she was not being let out of the room.

Police responded to the scene. The result of the call is unknown.
