Stabbing Attack at Applebee's Leaves Two Employees Hospitalized, One via Mercy Flight


A 17-year-old boy sustained serious injuries after being hit by a garbage truck on Rhode Island Street (near 14th Street) on Wednesday morning. The incident reportedly occurred just before 8:20am when the garbage truck was backing up and collided with the teenager.



First responders arrived and transported the injured teen to Oishei Children’s Hospital for emergency treatment. Law enforcement is investigating the accident. No charges have been levied against the garbage truck driver. However, this is subject to change.
