Law enforcement received a call around 8:27pm on April 13th after reports of an assault at Chili's restaurant on Military Road in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller said that inside of the restroom a female pushed her to the side causing her baby to become closed inside of the changing table, causing minor injury.
It is unknown if the suspect was on scene when police responded. It was not immediately clear what spurred the altercation.
