Carl Rowell of Niagara Falls Arrested on Felony Drug Charges

Niagara County Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of a Niagara Falls resident following a drug investigation conducted by the Niagara County Drug Task Force.

On Tuesday, August 5th, investigators took Carl J. Rowell, 49, of Niagara Falls into custody.

He has been charged with two felonies including one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree and one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

Rowell was booked into the Niagara County Jail where he is being held pending arraignment.

Authorities have not released additional details about the case, but the investigation remains ongoing.
