According to police scanner audio, there has been a plane crash in Youngstown, NY with explosions near the Niagara Scenic Parkway South near Fort Niagara. Based on the several calls andexplosions, casualties are likely.
It has not been confirmed, but scanner audio has alluded to the plane possibly belonging to 'Skydive the Falls'
