Law enforcement received a call around 12:13pm on February 27th after reports of menacing with a weapon on the 8200 block of Buffalo Avenue in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller said that a male party was outside threatening to beat others with a baseball bat that had tons of nails sticking out of it. The caller also said that there is an order of protection safeguarding them against this male suspect.
The caller said that they live in the lower apartment and the suspect lives in the upper apartment.
Law enforcement responded to the scene. It is unknown if the male with the bat was arrested, but it is likely.
