Law enforcement received a call around 8:37am on March 5th after reports of disorderly conduct on the 1300 block of Walnut Avenue in Niagara Falls.
Several 911 callers - all third party passerby - stated that a black woman wearing only a thong and a bra was hitting vehicles with her bag in the roadway as they drove past.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the woman was arrested.
No further information is available at this time. These are merely allegations and should not be taken as fact.
