The overdoses occurred in the area of 22nd Street, Ferry Avenue and 20th Street. One of the calls indicated that there were multiple overdoses at the same scene. The missing juvenile, 15-year-old Alexandra Pinilla, is described as a Hispanic female with long brown hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5’3” tall and weighs around 150 pounds. A 78-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle crash Wednesday afternoon in Orleans County, according to the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies responded to reports of a collision at the intersection of West County House Road and State Route 98 in the Town of Albion. Investigators determined that the motorcyclist failed to stop at a posted stop sign and struck another vehicle in the intersection. The victim has been identified as Paul Fulcomer of Albion. A female caller, identified as the male's girlfriend, told police that he was intoxicated and heading to his vehicle, threatening to jump over the falls.
