Authorities are investigating a fatal accident that occurred Monday afternoon in Niagara County after a man was seriously injured while cutting a tree. According to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, the incident was reported on March 9th at approximately 3:24pm when the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received a 911 call reporting that a man had suffered severe injuries during a tree-cutting accident.
