Niagara Falls Woman Calls Police After Mystery Man Leaves Gift on Door

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 400 block of 22nd Street on Wednesday, February 14th, after reports of harassment.

According to the complainant, an unknown person approached the door of her apartment and stuck a sticker along with two #2 pencils to her door.

Police did view surveillance footage, but the quality was so poor that no characteristics of the individual could be ascertained.
