Niagara Falls Woman Already on Animal Abuse Registry Caught with Cat, Dog

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 2300 block of 15th Street around 2:00pm on June 18th after reports of animal cruelty.

Police were contacted by the SPCA regarding a female in possession of multiple animals while being on the Niagara County Animal Abuser Registry. The animals, one multi-colored car and one tan Pitbull were safely removed from the home.

The female was issued an appearance ticket for one count of NCLL 7B returnable to Niagara Falls City Court.
