Suspect Covered in Blood Captured During Home Invasion in North Tonawanda

Law enforcement received a call around 2:25am on March 21st after reports of a home invasion on the 40 block of 5th Avenue in North Tonawanda.


The 911 caller said that a male broke into her home through a window. While doing so, he sustained injuries and was covered in blood.


While on the phone with 911, the caller said that she could hear the male inside of her house.


Police responded to the scene and took the male into custody. The 911 caller did not sustain any injuries during the home invasion.


No further information is available at this time. These are merely allegations and should not be taken as fact.
