The Paint Pusher: Home Depot Employee Assaulted in Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls Police responded to Home Depot on Monday, March 11th, after a reported assault of an employee.

According to the complainant, she was working in the paint section when an unknown female made a comment about the employee being on her phone. The complainant apologized and asked if the woman needed any assistance.

The customer became irate and pushed a 5-gallon pail of paint across the counter, striking the employee. The employee declined medical assistance and the incident is under further investigation.
