Town of Niagara Woman Succumbs to Weather Conditions, Found on University Campus

Our thoughts and prayers go out to 68-year-old Emily J. Neal, from the Town of Niagara, who was found deceased at the Niagara University campus in the afternoon hours of Tuesday, December 19th. Police believe the cause of death may be exposure to harsh weather conditions.

Initial findings suggest that Neal may have wandered off from her home on Monday night. Emergency teams from the Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Company and Town of Niagara Police Department attended the scene.

An ongoing investigation is currently being carried out.
