$55,000 Vehicle Stolen While Owner Ran Into Target - Left Unlocked with Keys Inside

Niagara Falls Police responded to Target on Niagara Falls Boulevard around 8pm on July 20th after reports that a $55,000 vehicle was stolen while the owner ran into Target.
Upon arrival, police spoke to the complainant who stated that she went into Target to shop and when she exited the store her vehicle was gone. The vehicle, a 2022 white Ford Expedition was left unlooked with the keys inside it. The value of the vehicle is $55,000.
The owner was shocked her vehicle was stolen. There was no explanation given by the woman as to why she left her keys in the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into Ejustice as stolen by NFPD dispatch. further information is available.
