7-Eleven Armed Robbery Suspect At-large

Niagara Falls Police responded to 7-Eleven at 1504 Pine Avenue on March 27th around 11:30pm after reports of an armed robbery.

The employee told police that an unknown middle-aged white male wearing a blue hoodie entered the store, grabbed a drink and some sandwiches. Nothing was out of the ordinary at that point.

However, the male suspect then passed all points of purchase and walked right out of the store without paying. The employee followed to stop him.

When he told the male to stop and give the items back, the male suspect displayed a knife and told him repeatedly, “try it, try it, try it,” while waiving the knife around.

The employee feared for his life and ran back into the store to call 911. Officers canvassed the area with negative results for the male suspect.

Security footage will be turned over and reviewed once available.

No further information is available at this time.
