Druggie Tries Breaking into Known Narcotics House

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 2000 block of Pine Avenue around 7am on October 6th after reports of criminal mischief.

Upon arrival, officers spoke to the complainant who stated she observed a male known to her as "CC" trying to break into the rear window of her apartment. As she looked out her window, the male suspect stopped and ran to the west side of the residence.

The complainant stated she and the male suspect have had multiple arguments and issues in the past. Officers observed a shattered window on the west side of the property. The estimated value of the window is $150.

Officers noted in the official incident report that this residence is known to have “multiple individuals that come and go throughout the night” and that the male suspect CC is a known narcotics user.

CC was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters where he was booked, processed and released with an appearance ticket. No further information is available at this time.
