Fatal Fire in Niagara Falls Leaves One Dead from Suspected Smoke Inhalation

Niagara Falls fire investigators and police detectives are investigating a fatal fire on Orleans Avenue Tuesday morning. Emergency crews were dispatched to a structure fire at 3054 Orleans Avenue at 8:59am.

Upon arrival, smoke was coming from the residence and the fire was contained within ten minutes of arrival. A victim was discovered in the back bedroom of the home.  The victim's identity is being withheld.  The investigation of the cause of the fire is ongoing. No further information is available - Fatal Fire in Niagara Falls Leaves One Dead from Suspected Smoke Inhalation.
