Female tells Officer 'I’m going to sue you for sexually harassing me' During Traffic Stop

Niagara Falls Police were on routine patrol around 4am on December 1st when they observed a red 2013 GMC Yukon. Officers confirmed that the vehicle was uninsured along with having a suspended registration.

Officers activated their emergency lights and initiated a traffic stop. During the traffic stop, and upon further investigation, the female operator and owner of the vehicle was issued two UTT’s along with the vehicle being towed.

It was noted in the police report that throughout the entirety of the traffic stop, the female operator was highly argumentative, making threatening statements to officers and the tow truck operator.

She stated, “I’m going to sue you for sexually harassing me” and “I’m gonna take your badge for harassing me.” To the tow truck operator, she said, “if he tows my car, I’m going to punch him in the face.”
