Authorities have issued a Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert for a 67-year-old Niagara Falls resident who may require urgent medical care. According to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse, William Baughman, 67, was last seen around 1:30am on October 17th in the area of 15th Street in Niagara Falls.
