Niagara Falls Hotel Listed for $21.5 Million

A well-known Niagara Falls property is on the market with an asking price of $21.5 million.

The Quality Inn & Suites, located at 240 First Street directly across from Niagara Falls State Park, is being sold by Tuscarora Nation entrepreneur Joseph “Smokin’ Joe” Anderson.

The hotel, which first opened its doors in 1986, features 210 rooms. Its most recent renovation took place in 2010.

According to Business First’s Hotels in Buffalo 2024 rankings, the Quality Inn & Suites holds the position of the seventh-largest hotel in the Buffalo-Niagara area.
