A proposal to relocate the Niagara Aerospace Museum to downtown Niagara Falls could bring a new year-round attraction to the city’s tourism district while preserving Western New York’s deep aviation and aerospace history.      Museum officials say they are pursuing plans to construct a new facility on state-owned property near Second and Niagara Streets–just blocks from Niagara Falls State Park and within walking distance of several of the region’s most visited attractions.  

Governor Kathy Hochul is proposing a significant reshaping of Niagara Falls State Park with plans to bring Whirlpool State Park and Devil’s Hole State Park under the same umbrella in an effort to spread tourism beyond the Falls.
