Suspect Takes Woman's Gaming Systems in Targeted Burglary

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 600 block of 67th street around 9:30pm on March 29th after reports of a burglary.

Upon arrival, officers spoke to the complainant who stated that she was in Cleveland, OH for around 24 hours between March 28th and March 29th, and after returning home observed the window to her bedroom to be broken.

She inspected the home and discovered that her PlayStation (valued at $550) and Xbox (valued at $350) were both missing from her living room.

Prior to officers’ arrival, the complainant had already had her landlord come over and put the window back in.

The complainant does not know who would enter her home and only take her gaming systems. According to her, there was only one person who knew she was going to Ohio. That person's identity was given to police.

No further information is available at this time.
