Suspects Caught Trespassing on Property by Police

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 500 block of 19th Street around 11:30am on January 3rd, 2025, after reports of a break-in and/or criminal trespass.

Upon arrival, officers spoke to the complainant and his family who stated that a small group of four or so people were on his property without permission. As officers were speaking with them, four individuals walked out of the back door of the home.

Officers placed all four individuals – three females and one male – into custody and transported them to police headquarters. Each was booked, processed, and released with an appearance ticket. No further information is available at this time.
