Thief Stuffs Pants with Stolen Merchandise

Niagara Falls Police were working secondary assignment at Walmart on Military Road around 3pm on October 11th when he was notified by asset protection that there was a male in the store removing items from their packaging and concealing them in his pants.

The officer and asset protection watched as the suspect passed all points of purchase without paying for said items and walk out of the store. Upon exiting, he was approached by the officer and placed under arrest.

The male emptied all merchandise from his pants which totaled $34.98. He was issued a trespass notice and released with an appearance ticket returnable at Niagara Falls City Court. No further information is available at this time.
