'Very Heavy Set' Kid with an Afro Vandalizes Fortuna's Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls Police responded to Fortuna's Restaurant on July 24th around 9:30am after reports of juveniles spray painting their building.

Upon arrival, police spoke to the owner who stated he had surveillance video of three juveniles spray painting the street and then his property. Officers watched the footage and observed three black males all wearing dark clothing.

The male who was spray painting was described as “very heavy set” with an afro. Another one of the juveniles on a bike walked up to a red Durango and smashed the window. There was no description of the third juvenile.
