Woman's Vehicle Targeted at Apartment Complex

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 900 block of 80th Street around 2:30pm on October 13th after reports of criminal mischief.

Upon arrival, officers spoke to the complainant who stated she parked her vehicle in the parking lot at approx. 8:20pm on October 12th. Her vehicle was locked.

Around 2pm today, she observed her vehicle with a shattered back passenger window and a damaged steering column/ignition. The value of the damaged property is estimated at $1,200-1,300.

Nothing was stolen from the vehicle and, upon inspection, no other vehicles in the parking lot were damaged. There are no known suspects. No further information is available at this time.
